What data we collect

• Master or salon account: name, phone number, password (stored only in encrypted form), profile name and description, address, photos — avatar, cover and portfolio works.
• Client booking data: name, phone number, the chosen service and time, a comment and, optionally, photos of the desired result.
• Client account (optional): name, phone number and password — to see your bookings and receive notifications.
• Geolocation: only with your explicit permission — to show masters near you. Masters set their salon address and location themselves so clients can find them.
• Technical data: cookies required for signing in and for the site to work.

Why we use this data

• To make bookings work: we pass your booking details to the master or salon you chose.
• To verify your phone number and send booking status notifications (push notifications; verification codes by SMS via an SMS delivery provider).
• To show the catalog of masters and salons, including nearby search if you allowed geolocation.
• To respond to support requests.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

• The master or salon you chose — your booking details (name, phone, service, comment, wish photos).
• Technical vendors the service cannot run without: our hosting provider and the SMS delivery provider — only to the extent needed to operate the service.

How we protect data

Data is stored on secured servers, connections to the service are encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are kept only as cryptographic hashes. Access to data is restricted and isolated between salons.

Deleting your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time, as well as a copy of the data we hold about you. Write to support@masterly.beauty from the phone number or email linked to your account — we will process the request and confirm the deletion.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update this page and the "Last updated" date above. We additionally announce significant changes in the service.
