What Masterly is

Masterly is a marketplace: masters and salons publish their services, prices and schedule, and clients book them online. The beauty services themselves are provided by the master or salon you choose, not by Masterly.

Bookings and payment for services

• Booking through Masterly is free for clients.
• Payment for beauty services happens directly between the client and the master (cash or card, paid to the master) — Masterly does not receive or process these payments.
• Masters and salons pay the platform for subscription and profile promotion.
• A booking is considered confirmed once the master confirms it.

Cancelling a booking

Each master sets their own cancellation rules — they are shown when you book. Please cancel in advance if you cannot make it: it respects the master's time and other clients.

Accounts

• Provide accurate details (name, phone number) — the master needs them to reach you.
• Keep your password secret; actions taken from your account are considered yours.
• We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms (spam, fake bookings, abuse, attempts to disrupt the service).

Master content

Masters and salons are responsible for their own profiles: photos, descriptions, prices and schedule. Publish only content you have rights to; do not publish illegal or misleading content.

Reviews

A review can only be left after a completed visit. Reviews must be honest and relate to the service received; we may remove reviews containing abuse or unrelated to the visit.

Liability

Masterly is responsible for operating the booking platform, but not for the quality, safety or outcome of the beauty services — those are provided by the chosen master or salon. The service is provided "as is"; we strive to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version and its update date are always on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new version.
